Running practice kaise kare:

  •  Sbse pehle aap 15 min ka workout kare jisme aap 3 - 4 km ki running kare.
  • Running ki starting ekdam dheere dheere karna hai , matlab pehle ekdam dheere se shurubat kare fir dheere dheere speed badhana hai.
  • Is running ke turant baad aapko 400 m tak paidal chalna hai aur is beech me lambhi lambhi saasein lena hai .
  •   Aab dosto aapko extra workout karna hai :          

                          day 1     -  1500m ,800 m,600m,400m,200m,  ye dosto aapko karna hai.
                          Day 2    - 400m X 5 agr aapke legs me pain ho to dheere dheere kro
                          Day 3    - 400m ,200m,100 mX 2
                          Day 4     - 100mX 10
                          Day 5     - 800 m X 5
                          Day 6     - isme aap track running jisme aapko 7 – 10 km tak run karna hai
                          Day 7     - is din aapko rest karna hai


Running karne ke baad ki exersice/ Cooling down exersice:

Dosto running ke baad bahut jaruri hai ki aap apni body ko acche se cool kar paye , agr aap aaisa nahi krte to aakpo injury hone ka chance rehta hai aur body thaki rehti hai.
Dosto ye bahut jaruri hai ki aap running se pehle bhi normal exersice kare aur ruuning ke baad exersice kare.
